I recommend adding an RC decoupling network for the B+ of the first stage. It will reduce noise (which gets amplified by the following stages) and also reduce intermodulation distortion.

Thanks Jeb, I think I will do that. I may or may not still keep the 100v filament bias. I think removing the SRPP alleviates part of the need for that but it still may be handy to reduce hum. I may try both ways.
