Infineon BSP135 depletion mode mosfet
Does anyone know where I could get some of these?
http://www.infineon.com/dgdl/BSS126_...12b42eef624ac3 Looks like it can fill the gap between the diminutive LND150 and the DN2540. 45 Edit: the model is BSS126!! Last edited by 45; 17th September 2010 at 10:12 PM. |
