Hello, I want to put an ecualizer with a ba3812l in this circuit.
You think that this could work? (I donīt know the maths). The valve and the ba3812l can work together? or maybe all this sucks? ![]() The original circuit maybe came from a mesa boogie, but Iīnot sure. Gack! Why build a valve amp at all in that case? For guitar you are going to be better off with a traditional tone stack I suspect. I think it would be difficult to come up with a preamp that is appropriate for both guitar and voice.

What's the signal level at the insertion point? Will it overdrive the EQ chip?
Depending on that you may or may not need to attenuate the signal before driving the EQ circuit. Otherwise, yes, it should work. |

Thanks teemuk, you are right; the signal level at the insertion point isnīt overdrive the EQ chip; so, I can put the Eq first, and the 12ax7 after
