Good afternoon,
I am looking to build a phono preamp. At this time I have some Siemens C3g and C3m tubes and 3 - NOS RFT ECC82 tubes. Does anyone have some suggustions on a somewhat simple design that would work with the tubes that I have? Will high or low voltage designs work better? I see some 12AU7/ECC82 powered by batteries. Could I just step down 115v or use a laptop power supply or is high voltage better? Thanks Brian |

I'm sure with a little effort you can adjust to suit the tubes you have. |
