Multiple CCS in series, the lesser or stiffer one wins.
It might "work", but not behave exactly the way your design implies. Your anode "active loads" are not active as drawn, they are CCS. Well, whichever end is set to the lower current limit becomes the CCS. The other is only a resistor, maybe in series with some sort of a diode...
