Find the email for Ampeg tech support and fire them off an email. I sent one to them (would be 18 months or more ago now) and I got a quick response and clear instructions. By far the easiest method and they know what they're talking about.

One way to do it is to use a Variac and supply 100V to operate it. Then measure the voltages on the various primary taps until you find a pair close to 240V. Those will be your new input power connections.
