Have finally commenced my PP amp.

6CG7 front end for input gain stage and concertina, cap coupled and both biased with LED's.

Fixed bias EL84 triode PP back end (no cathode bypass caps anywhere).

Separate power trannies for bias supply and L & R B+. (more through dint of what I had on the table than for the sake of purist design

Starting with AC heaters, will see how we go...

Not much to see yet, have done the hardwiring the B+ filter networks for both channels and the filter network for the bias supply and presently manufacturing the pot array for the bias.

Currently no enclosure, aside from a stack of timber and one metal top plate.

Just a pile of parts and drawings at the moment.

Would be ashamed to show the build area at present:eek:

Pics to come...

Name comes from the fact that it's lit, same as Sy's red light district, but I have dimmer lighting and just on the front end.

PSU isn't using any boutique parts, just garden variety electros.

Each channel power tranny goes to a sand bridge, output being filtered by a 3 leg CRCRC filter 470u, 150r, 470u, 150r, 470u going to the B+ and with a tap for a final RC leg of 470r, 47u to the 6CG7 stages.
