It goes to the black arrow marked BIAS at the top, right side of the schematic.

If you're intending to build a 'wreck, I suggest you go to www.ampgarage.com, and have a look at the build info they have there. That amp is intentionally right at the edge of instability and, without proper layout, can be just a howling mess.
