TV-4a/u Weston USM Tube Tester: got a manual or schematic?
I just picked up a AN/USM-3A test kit. As is typical, many of the tools are missing (signal tracer, many of the hand tools), but the Weston TV-4a/u emission tester seems to work fine. I love the build quality. I have a set of charts from Nolan Lee that seem complete. But, does anybody have a schematic? How about operating instructions? I know this guy will do more than just test tubes (capacitor tester too, at least). It would be great to have some more info. I hear the US Government might publish some of these old documents, but I have not yet looked.
