Hi All. Has any one tried Cornell-Dubilier T range paper/foil in oil caps in there Western Electric 91A or any other amplifier, If so what do they sound like. I Have made two of these 91A amplifiers using military paper in oil caps and one with pp motor run caps. I prefer the sound of the amps with Paper in oil caps. I will-be grateful of any replies. Regards Peter.

Where in the circuit were they used? Filter caps for the power? Coupling caps for input? Inter-stage coupling caps?
