The 5751 twin triode may be the answer. If you need a section in each channel, use alternate sections and flip/flop the tubes, when wear sets in.

What is the need for a separate tube equivalent to 1/2 6sl7?
Why not just use a 6sl7 and leave one half out. or use one half per channel if that is the need?

Unlike the 5751, the 6SL7's heater is not center tapped. Both sections' cathodes will be emitting, even though only 1 section is in circuit. Monoblock amps would be a good reason why a single section type or a type with separable sections is desired
