Eico HF-86

Hi.
I have been checking ad's online for other tube gear while I sort out the GTA thing and I came across this:

Eico HF-86 uses EL84 x4 12DW7/7247 x2 EZ81/6CA4 x2. Upgraded with banana binding posts and genuine brandnew ALPS volume controls purchased in Japan. Asking $350.

Are these any good? worth considering? or more trouble that I don't need.

It's a decent amp, but the asking price is pretty high unless there's been a FULL restoration. If it's just new binding posts and volume control, it's maybe $150 on a good day. You can get equally good or better iron, but new, for something like $150, and that's really the value.
