I have this tube preamp. It is an econimical unit but is surprisingly good. It is full of generic caps and resistors. I am wondering if I can clean it up with some good Audio grade caps. If so, which ones would be most beneficial?

Probably not worth the investment. Save your money and build your own or buy a nice preamp kit or something built, but that is just my opinion.
