Default ebay Valve Preamps boards for £18 !

Hi
I came across this valve preamp on ebay.

Pre - AMP Peramplifier KIT Tube 6N11 SRPP for DIY on eBay (end time 12-Jan-10 09:15:06 GMT)

I have used ready built boards from this company before with excellent results. I was wondering if anybody had used this valve preamp at around £18 I think it’s worth seeing how well it performs.

I have purchased junk from china, Hong Kong, and places like that in the past. My suggestion is to put the $29 and shipping toward a line stage that will give good results. Look into purchasing some Aikido line stage boards.

I can see those 90 degree valve supports snapping off immediately when trying to change valves!

Look how think that pcb is in the photo.

I support the comment about the Aikido boards.

These boards are almost indestructible. Great quality.
