Is this diagram as you look at the pins on the tube or the holes on the tube holder?

Pins (this is view from below the socket upwards).

UIf unsure, trace the thick heater wires (most often these are pins 4 & 5 in case of noval tubes although this isn't always the case).

I've got that mixed up more than once I can tell you!
