CAD for tubes?

Is there a CAD software to draw schematics and PCB layout for tubes, preferable both tubes and SS? Is there such a freeware, or low cost software?

Cadsoft Eagle is free for schematics of any size and PCB of 80x100 mm. Download tubes.lbr (library containing many tubes plus all the basic elements you need for adding your own tubes to the library if needed) from the Downloads section.

Just installed Cadsoft Eagle but couldn't find any tubes data base.

How about TubeCAD? Not expensive and made just for tubes!
