Since its a simple cathode follower, I wouldn't bother. Replace the cathode bias with a CCS and put a mosfet voltage follower on the top and then it might perform well.
I had the Musical Fidelity x10d and the buffer concept definately widens the sound image and brings sparkle. It doesn't bring that tube warmth that everyone talks about,it simply lets the CD output opamp perform at its best by unloading it. Shoog |

thanks arne k,i have seen your schematic but is use two 6j1,do you have like original yaqin cd1 use single 6922/6dj8/6n1
