What Transformer is better ??
Just a curious question, What Ultralinear transformer is best
Acrosounnd to-300,Altec peerless 16309,Stancor A-8072,Merit a-3102 They are all in the same class , I have two amps one with the to-300 ,the other with Merit A-3102, the transformers look the same except for the colour and My ears can't tell the differance, Both amps have Sovteck 6l6wxt finals one has 6sn7's, the other 12au7's, I have listened through headphones, differant speaker systems, They sound the same to me. GREAT ! So which one of the above is the best and why? |
