experience
Based on the positive comments here, i just ordered the EL34. It was delivered with every tube completely smashed. This despite my telling Linda, the support rep, that i was concerned about similar experience by others. she assured me that the shipping problem was solved. it's not. She kindly offered to send me a replacement amp but now they have stopped production so that's not possible. they expect me to pay for replacement tubes. the only positive thing is Linda- she is very responsive and tries to be helpful. I hope my disastrous experience is an exception.
