It looks great but Absurd amplification and Violator doesn't sound that good.
Well I think it does. Not trying to start an argument though. Especially if you gearing toward Rock and Roll guitarist. How much gain does the front end have?

I'll go with that, and like the amp's moniker as well..
Not finished with this one yet, a little background: this is an ampeg VL502 Lee Jackson amp I had in the bone pile. I decided to rack mount this an modify the amp to my likeing. I have not gone through the gain stages yet to see if there are any tweeks to be made. Just got this running but sound great, has a little hum that Im working out and a fer more metal pieces to fabricate to support the chassis from the front panel. I will post more detailed info as the redrawn schematics with all the mods and some sound clips when I can get in the studio.
