im looking at the aikido phono schematic, and noticed a big difference between it and the normal aikido schematics. The voltage divider made out of two 1meg resistors connecting to each tube is missing.
r5,r6,r7,r12 on the normal 9 pin and octal schematics don't have an equivalent on the phono. Do I need them on the amp?

here's a link to the pdf.. schematic is on page 11

thanks

- while Im asking questions.. I've seen it mentioned to add a pot to the noise cancelation part of the circuit. Will any old pot work there, or should I look for something specific?

Thanks again..
