Exclamation There's so much bait for dumb fishies out there!

http://www.ilikejam.org/blog/audio/audiophile.html "Some of the worst 'audiophile' products" - and I suspect this is just the tip of the iceberg.

I'll be praying for you too. So noble, exposing your soul to temptation just to save others.

One question, what on earth does this have to do with tubes?
Shouldn't this be in another, more appropriate forum?

Aw, come one now; can't we tube geeks have a little chuckle once in a while like the kids on the other boards?

Extraordinarily funny. I'm surprised and disappointed that I didn't write it.

He should have included any interconnect over 10 bucks, those magic rubber or wood feet and those heavy weights you put on top of gear, and magic pebbles, hmmmm and that magic flat speaker wire everybody loves. Oh yeah and all those magic caps that are 20+ bucks, I'm looking at you Mundorf...

I find the practice of sneering at others for fun to be distasteful in the extreme. There are plenty of other places to have sophomoric "fun".

I wish the mods would move this to a more appropriate venue.

Its not for fun - its for education. Hopefully the snake oil purchasers will learn, although given their propensity for suspension of thought process, I have my doubts.

And in any case, how is it any different from the sneers of derision bandied about by some of the name "engineers" (themselves often proponents or promoters of some pretty questionable enhancements) frequenting these fora?

Bring on the next victim I say!
