yep i guess so

wait i was focussed on the text, and thought 1x8, but on hindsight it might be best to align all from left to right in series indeed, because it may be best to keep the dc carrying parts (primary) as low DC resistance as possible, and i believe sofar this is indeed the best configuration.
but let someone else chime in please

addition: actually, it seems one can connect inner 2 of secondaries in series, then 2 outer next in series, then next 2 outer, etc.

i think have something wrong with the impedances, it may turn out that 2 inner parallel for one tube, and 2 outer for the other, and all secondary in series, but such to have least capacitive coupling, is ok.

i'm too tired and fuzzy now, goodnight ;p

actually, in one whisp of waking clarity (needs to be verified ;p), it may seem that one half (the inner for instance, may be a advantage achievable) for anodes, the other 2, for cathodes, turns out the way to go to make this trafo work with 2 x 6c33 and 8 ohm.

but now getting really late ;p
