Anyone know of a uk supplier of oil filled polypropolene motor run caps?

I'd buy direct from LCR if you can deal with the minimum quantity - from memory it's about £100 but it's a lot cheaper buying direct.

Check RS. If you type RSwww into your search engine you will find them. I would give you a link direct to an apropriate page but I am currently on less than dial up (20K ouch). Not my network some particularly annoying virus.
Also try your local electrical factors. Mine is Rifina and they stock a good range of motor caps at good prices. Dont bother with CEF they are hopeless, I am forced to use them as we have an account. I have trouble getting something as mundane as a 6mm bolt sometimes.
Anyway most electrical wholesalers stock motor type caps.
