There's a whole Yahoo use-group (HP-Agilent) devoted to HPIB/GPIB implementation, although it seems usually of the giga-Hertz level. Plub in with them!

The Boonton 1120. as well the Tektronix AA5001/SG5010 can also be programmed via the GPIB.
