Default How good are these?

A need help...altough I'm happy with my Dodd Pre-Amp, I've been offered a pair of these 6922.
They have gold pins, Made in Germany and marked "VIS" as you can see in the pics attached. Price: about US$45 for the pair.
I've been searching and the only VIS reference is about Acoustic Research gear
Thanks for your help, I'm not an expert, just love the tube sound

Marked "VSI" which is the name of an outfit in Burbank Ca. that makes professional studio gear. I doubt this tube is one of theirs somehow though.

..except that they have gold-plated pins and say "made in Germany" not Russia.

Thanks for the posts but I'm still kind in the dark about these tubes, perhaps I'll try them and for sure will let you know my impressions.

I think "suck 'em and see" is probably your best bet. I found a Russian 829B for sale on eBay with the VSI logo printed on it so presumably they were a re-seller/re-brander like Groove Tubes, but they don't seem to exist anymore.
