Default Chassis mounting tubes off my PCB

I'm building a power amp using a pcb that is designed to have a pair of 6SN7s and a 5U4 mounted to it. The power tubes are chassis mounted off the board.

Due to chassis size issues, I'm wanting to chassis mount the 6SN7s and 5U4s as well. Are there any drawbacks to doing this? Should any of my wiring be shielded? The wiring will be about 6-8" long from the sockets on the top plate to the pcb, which is mounted to the bottom plate. I'm planning to use solid 22AWG rated at 600V.

Thanks, Greg

If the heaters are AC then I would run them seperately from signal lines or shield them.
