Default 6em7 ,difference from brand ?

difference fron black -grey plate ?

I have the ge that sound a lot better then zenit at last for me

the stucture are difference and for what I can see the zenit look like the silvania low socket


any one have compared GE to RCA?

It's been such a while since I played with that tube, I frankly can't remember well

I know I loved the GE's... that I do remember.

Sylvania's are what I use now for the 6FD7 spud, they sound great, but need to be retubed evey 18 to 24 months. I don't think the glass to pin seals on those were made to run at 90% rated anode 24/7/365.

Sorry...I use 6EM7/6EA7s in my monoblocks, but I've only run RCAs in them since they were finished. It's been a while though, I should try something different when I get new ones.
