Trans wires in parallel or series?

This is a dumb wiring question. I'm wiring this transformer for 120VAC US power.

Do I twist the wires with the dot together (red/grn)which would go to line and the other two (yellow/org) together for neutral?

One last question - on the secondary the HV has three wires. 2 red and a yellow. The input to the power supply has two solder pads. Is the yellow center tap to ground?

I measured continuity between the two red one by one and the yellow and the resistance is the same. So yellow to ground?

The answer will depend on exactly what you are connecting it to, which you haven't said. Your thinking is correct if it is a standard full wave circuit. The CT is the ground return.

Its for a regulated tube power supply. The yellow was the tap and I grounded it. All is good. Now I have to sort out something else.
