No, they are a little bit spread out. The only exception I know of are the teflon UX4 sockets. These are not, strictly speaking, actually made for PCBs, but they can be made to work.

I bought the RH21 socket from Mr. Svalander. It was quite easy to make a footprint
Just wondering, the tubes are shown in "bottom view", right? I have followed the internal wires in the tube and think I'm right here. The tube is E88CC from TAD. This is my very first tube project ever, this "tube buffered gainclone", my take. Rhys' project got me inspired.
