The 6CA4 = EZ81 has a max 500 Volt between heater and cathode (h neg C pos). So no problem to use the same winding (6,3V) for all tubes. Be sure to have a good ground connection on one side or the centertap of the heater winding.
The 6CA4/EZ81 and almost all 6,3V-heater rectifier tubes with separate heater connections, was actually made to use the same heater winding as the rest of the tubes, despite the difference in cathode voltage. To be sure, you can check your tubes on http://frank.pocnet.net/index.html
