i came across this pcb apparently using jadis ja-30 design. attached below you can see that it does not have a grid resistor. is that safe to run without it.

i plan to run it with KT88s and about 500Vdc B+ and need some guide into choosing the proper output transf of 50W into 8 ohms. can someone help? thks
