5687 preamp transformer
Can anyone please make a suggestion for a suitable power transformer for the specs outlined here?
http://www.diyparadise.com/simplepreamp.html tubes are a 5687 and 6x4. Thanks |

hey-Hey!!!,
The Hammond 3-series will do fine for either circuits. I'd suggest a different rectifier, type 6CA4 or 6BW4 for example. Cheers, Douglas
