Default Simple SE Cap and layout questions???

Question, the first: "auxiliary cap"

Text says '40 to 100uF'. I can squeeeze up to 3 - 20uF Aerovox motor runs under the hood. Is 40 uF sufficient or should I go for the trifecta?

Second: soliciting comments on this layout scheme keeping in mind the choke and oil caps will go inside:

Layout looks ok to me - of course it should since it's pretty similar to the one that I used.
