I'm looking for a nice solution for a quadra volume control for my RPT3C project.
I recently took a look at the PassLabs solution used in the Alpha P 1.7 amplifier, but I would like to have more than 8 steps.... One way is to use a stepped attenuators... Any idéas on this? /JCh |

The volume control used in Aleph P 1.7 has got 2^8 = 256 steps.
And the maximum attenuation is -48dB. /Freddie |

Not to my self: Think before you post!
Ofcource you can close more that one relay at the time, and get more than 8 steps..... (Maby I should sleep more often. )But, still, is there any other constructions or is the PassLabs good enough? /JCh |
