6KG6-EL509-EL519 Schematics wanted
Hi friends
I'm looking for guitar and/or bass amps schematics using this tubes 6KG6 - 6KG6A - EL509 - EL519 - PL509 or other corresponding tubes (also if with different filament voltages) I find out only Traynor YBA-3A custom special (4 x 6KG6A) and one not better specified APX 100 (2 x PL509) can someone help me and give links to other guitar or bass amp using this tubes ?? MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE Kagliostro |

hey-Hey!!!,
I am suprised you found that one. Use of the big TV sweeps in audio amps is rather uncommon. In your case, the guitar amp front stages will graft onto a suitable power stage; they don't particularly care what they're driving...  So design a stage to run the valves as pentodes with well regulated( and much lower than B+ ) screen supply.cheers, Douglas

Looks like a class D (digital) audio amp using vacuum tubes to me.
