Default Anyone recognice this RIAA?

While I`m waiting for a localwizzard to make up one of his magic RIAA`s I bought this wery simple RIAA from German ebay. Something familiar abot it but I can`t remember where I`ve seen it before

Just found out it needs 275V DC + 6V ac


and since I don`t mess around with small crappy trafos this might be a costy experiment
