High Voltage negative regulators

I am looking for negative regulator designs, series or shunt for direct coupling apps, rail <-250V. Anyone have any favorites?

Hi Tweeker,

On my main site, there's that little preamp regulator (I believe you know what I'm talking about).... just PNP it and turn diodes and electrolytics around and it works

Whats an equivalent pnp darlington to BU806?

You'll need to make one from a pair of MJE350.
