Default Anybody recognize this pentode?

If I gave you the following specs, could you name this pentode? Said unit is "packed in" a triode/pentode, and the pentode looks familiar to me, but I just can't place it:

Max Ratings:
Plate: 400V
G2: 300V
Plate diss: 15W
Screen diss: 2.75W
Average K current: 75ma

Typical:
Plate: 135V
G2: 120V
G1: -10V
Plate Current: 56ma
G2 Current: 3ma
Mu: 6.5
Plate Res: 12k

The low specified plate resistance is throwing me off, otherwise I would be thinking it's similar to an EL84 or maybe a 6AQ5. Maybe more like a bigger version of the pentode in the 6BM8?

Sounds like a 6LU8 or 6MY8 maybe?

It matches the 6LU8 or 6LR8 exactly. The only difference between the two are the nimber of pins on the base. 6LR8's have 9 pins, 6LU8's have 12. Check out this thread if you want to see them glow:

Spud anyone?

I tried to attach the data sheet, but it is too big. Look it up on Franks:

I have seen a tube that contained just the pentode section. I don't remember the number right now but it had an odd 10 volt filament and no 6 volt version.
