As far as I know: Haltron was just a reseller / distributor brand. In this regard your 6BL8 could have been produced by any company that ever produced this type, which were quite some.
There is no need for a "specific Haltron" datasheet - any 6BL8 (or ECF80) datasheet should do, or the tube should not have been stamped 6BL8 in the first place. Regards, Tom Schlangen
