First Tube Amp

Does anyone has build the "Straight" Amp published at an old Elektor magazine (Apr 2003)?
Although this has Copywrite protection, the article is available on the net...

It uses Lundahl transformers and EL34 output tubes.

My first amp was Bob Danielak's Darling. Nice & simple to build & still today I've been unable to find something I like any better. Bob includes both the amp & psu schematics so there's no guess work.

My next build will be a kind of Super-Darling as soon as the MagnaQuest OPTs get here (and I get more than 1 day off).

I think you're right.
This is my first try at a tube amp.
My previous experience allowed me to build a complete Borbely pre-amp and a Pass A75 (my actual equipment), and I'm a bit confident.
I've being collecting information (MJones and Vanderveen books, audioexpress magazine, and of course this forum).

I would like to have some feedback from someone who already had build one.
