Simple Pentode driver for a 45 ?

Gents,
I am in the process of finally getting back to my 813SE project. I have the PSU hashed out:

And I thought I had the rest of it figured out too:

But the more I think about it - the more I think that I do not want to use the tubelab board for driver duties. As I already have the parts though - I would like to use a 45 as a driver for the 813. So Im thinking of maybe trying to do some sort of simple pentode driver front-end. Any thoughts ? I was trying to hunt on the web for an EL84 or 6v6 - but I haven't found anything tasty yet.
