Cathode resistor on outputs looks far too low to me

I ran the output stage through Tube Cad PP Calculator.
Current per tube 95 mA Plate Dissipation 27 W / 67% max 22V across the cathode resistor. 191 mA, 4.36 Watts, recommended bypass 332 uF. Looks OK to me. Doug
