Any info on 3572 Half wave Rectier

Anyone have any of the specs for this tube.
I belive it's 2.5 volts, anyone know how many amps it's rated for.

I've never heard of such a tube.
What is the size? What type of socket?
Are you sure that you're reading the number correctly?
Could it be a 35Z3?

It's a 4 pin tube, Globe shape.
I believe it's a Mercury Rectifier.
I won an ebay item (249A Mercury Rectifier) and the guy had a pair of the 3572 as well. I thought I had seen the number come up while seraching the net, but can't remember where.

Looks very similar to the globe 866 rectifiers.

Yes it does look very close to the 866. I have a few Globe 866 + 249B Tubes. I'll have a better look when I get them, I'll check to see which pins if any are not connected.

I think (hope) it may be rated somewhere within the 866 + 249B specs. Hard to find any info on these, I'll say more rare than the WE 249B I guess!!
