6GM8's are getting really rare. You can sub in a 6DJ8, but it isn't ideal.

Several versions of the headphone amp are available from http://www.beezar.com/

6GM8 are $6 at The Tube Center. They show up cheap the odd time on Ebay, but don't buy from the stores as they are overpriced.

NJ7P calls for 6DJ8 and the 6ES8 as subs.

Thanks for the info on the headphone amp. I withdraw the offer for that one. This thread is now interest ONLY in the Hybrid Amp
