AOL has discontinued their hometown product, which means Steve Bench's website has disappeared. I mirrored it (and a whole lot of other websites) a couple of years ago when I spent a lot of time on the road for work and was often without a net connection.
I've put up my copy of the site at: http://greygum.net/sbench/sbench101/ As far as I am aware, it is complete. I have not modified anything. If someone here knows Steve please ask him if this is ok. I have tried to contact him. I believe it should be fine because of this line on the front page of his site: "Feel free to put these schematics or other information on your web sites, but give the author credit." If and when Steve puts these pages up elsewhere, I will remove this mirror. |

I had only just found his site, right before it shut down... Its like me and TV shows, just as soon as I find it, its canceled.
Thanks for the mirror! |

Thank You.
I was very disappointed to see it gone, Id always linked to it via John Broskie's Tube Cad Journal which is one of my favorites. Thanks Nigel

Thanks for the mirror! I've been working (off and on) on a 6550 version of the Williamson for a few months now, and his analysis has helped me quite a bit.

Thanks for your efforts, Steve's tube pages have really been a revelation to me. His links on load lines and tube curves, have allowed me to actually design my own circuits. Not to mention all kinds of other very interesting info. Well done!
