Default Ming Da MC-34B fuse value?

Please pardon the mundane question, but... I recently acquired a Ming Da MC-34B and it has arrived w/o its fuse. I have sent an email to the seller to ask why the fuse is missing, but I'd like to have one on-hand to install and use.

I also need to know where the small signal tubes go -- the socket designation stickers were removed at some point, and the tubes were removed for shipping, leaving me unaware as to what goes where!

Thanks again...
