Do you have any idea about annealed silicon iron? For example good wound EI shaped annealed silicon iron output transformer how will sound?

Silicon steel for quality power and audio transformer applications is typically annealed.
SELECTION OF ELECTRICAL STEELS FOR Magnetic Cores Reannealing will damage any organic insulation between the laminations if present.
