AutoCAD of tube Packages?

Anyone know of a source for auto cad drawings of Tube packages?? 7 pin, 9 pin ST glass shape etc??

Get a caliper and your high-school trig book -- I designed 7, 9 and octal sockets for Ultiboard using this method.

I am not looking for the basing, im looking for the envelope shapes!! Basing i have already done in AutoCad. But i am looking for side views. the envelope outlines etc.

I don't have tubes on hand to measure and draw from.

Hi, I was able to create the shapes in Alibre Design. They had it as a download awhile back but I believe you can still download a free copy.

A bit of a learning curve, I found some great tutorial links that helped quite a bit if interested.

Here is a GZ37 I created with it. Hope it opens...

Most tube manuals give the outlines and dimensions.
