Simple SE, how to wire CFB with outputs for different speaker impedances?

I am finally wiring up my Simple SE. I chose to put speaker binding posts for 4, 8 and 16 ohms. When I look at the wiring diagrams on tubelab.com, they just show hookups for transformers with a single secondary impedance.

Is it possible to include the CFB disable switch, and also make use of the different speaker connections?

I have built an SE amp that is similar to Tubelab's Simple SE. Go to Radio Shack and get the rotary six position two pole switch. You can then just switch between 4,8, & 16 (or whatever your OT has for taps).
Works great on my system.
